we should open a dialog with 12th fleet! with them we are probably one of the strongest PRE release alliance/fleet!!!

I am a member of the Command Department, assigned to the 12th Fleet's JAG Corp, and I wanted to drop by and and say hullo and and offer an olive branch of mutual trust, respect and friendship! Please feel free to contact a member of our Diplomatic Division, or you can get a hold of me at the JAG Corps.
And of course, merry Christmas from the 12th Fleet!

not to mention im banned from their private forums....nice, you want relations with a fleet and you have banned their senior diplomat, nice move genius!
